Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to define project scope, establish timelines, and validate feasibility of requested due dates
• Develop detailed project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Track project status and provide consistent updates through weekly reports, status meetings, and cross-team communication
• Monitor project health, flag risks early, and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards, compliance requirements, and production best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or internal creative agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage accurate timelines and identify required resources
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Workfront, MS Project)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred

• Experience working in regulated environments (Medical device, Pharma, or similar)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
