Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership to create and manage project plans, timelines, and work schedules
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of ClickUp as the primary project management tool for the marketing team
• Refine marketing intake processes and prioritize new requests based on strategic goals and team capacity
• Track project progress, manage risks, and hold team members accountable to deadlines
• Provide executive-ready status updates to marketing leadership and improve visibility into marketing performance through structured reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within marketing, SaaS, or technology organizations
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
• Proven experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with clear prioritization
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms, including building templates and standardized workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

• Direct experience configuring and optimizing ClickUp for marketing execution
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training
