Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Business Development, Sales, Channel Management, Product Management and Marketing Communications to successfully meet and exceed Siemens Electrical Products Strategic Sales and Profit Objectives.
  • Managing and executing Siemens’ Industrial focused Channel Programs with a focus on developing improvements and changes to meet shifting market demands.
  • Managing and executing strategic in-person events that support Siemens Circuit Protection & Controls Business Unit objectives.
  • Collaborating with the GTM team to develop new programs and promotions focused on Industrial Channel Partners & OEMs.
  • Managing program launches to the Industrial Sector to ensure transparent and successful execution.
  • Developing and delivering monthly industry newsletter, including coordinating and hosting monthly webinars
  • Conducting yearly review of Circuit Protection & Controls portions of the Market Builder and Tiered Pricing Policy programs to make improvements and drive channel partner behavior.
  • Providing support for Construction Infrastructure Programs.
  • Staying abreast of industry and competitor trends.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
  • 5+ years in Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Channel Management, or Project/Program Management with the following:
  • Proven record driving strategic growth with commercial impact, and execution across complex sales environments in the electrical product industry.
  • Delivering high-impact programs end-to-end, aligning resources to top-line and margin goals.
  • Ability to spot opportunities, assessing risks, and make data-backed business decisions that drive efficiency.
  • Engage and influence at all levels with clarity, authority and adaptability; excels in collaborator alignment.
  • Sharp discernment in balancing strategic focus with tactical action to ensure business alignment.
  • Creating newsletters and hosting webinars
  • Working directly with or creating content for industrial distribution partners
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed for internal meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience with circuit protection & control products.
  • Experience with development and implementation of large in-person training and collaboration events.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Agile approach with adaptability to constantly evolving markets and technologies.
  • Creative problem solver with a continuous improvement orientation toward digital innovation.
