Responsibilities

• Your job: get Kelly booked on podcasts and speaking stages.
• Research podcasts in education, entrepreneurship, parenting, women in business, AI in education, and youth empowerment. Build a pitch list. Send outreach emails. Track responses. Same thing for conferences, school district events, PTA nights, startup weeks, and women's business summits.
• Spend time exploring the ENTIRE website (and YouTube, and the songs, and the classes — there's a lot)
• Research and build a target list of podcasts, conferences, and speaking opportunities
• Draft outreach pitches and customize them for each opportunity
• Track responses and follow up like a pro
• Come to your first meeting with 3 podcast or event ideas you think would be a perfect fit

Requirements

• Commitment: 2-5 hours/week, 4 months
• Location: Remote
