Job Summary

Own the monetisation workflow from input gathering to rollout, focusing on pricing, packaging, value metrics, and migration decisions with cross-functional sign-offs.

  • Pricing & Packaging Input Gathering: collect willingness-to-pay, value metrics, costs, and competitive inputs to inform tiers.
  • Modelling & Approval: build revenue, margin, discounts, migration, churn scenarios and secure cross-functional sign-off.
  • Rollout & Policy: manage rollout communications, exception policies, and post-launch learnings to protect margins.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll complete a ~ 30-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice.
  • This interview will focus on: - Assembling willingness-to-pay, competitive pricing, value metric, cost, sales, and customer inputs
  • - Structuring package tiers and validating them with customers, sales, finance, and product leaders
  • - Modelling revenue, margin, discounting, migration, grandfathering, and churn risk considerations
  • - Coordinating approvals, rollout communication, exception policy, and post-launch learning

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing, monetisation strategy, pricing strategy, packaging, or commercial strategy
  • Direct, hands-on experience in pricing and packaging input gathering, validation, modelling, approval, rollout, and exception-policy workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to pricing inputs, tier structure, value metrics, revenue/margin assumptions, approval authority, regional constraints, discount policy, and migration communication
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, CPQ tools, Tableau, Power BI, Productboard, Qualtrics, Gong, win/loss tools
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
