Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach campaigns to small businesses and agencies, introducing SetRise products and explaining the value of Answer Engine Optimization.
• Research target markets, identify high-potential leads, and manage multi-channel outreach across email, social platforms, and professional networks.
• Create concise marketing content, such as outreach messages, landing page copy, and case study summaries, and help refine positioning for EchoCheck and other products.
• Track campaign performance, adjust strategies based on data, and collaborate directly with the founder to test new ideas, develop partnerships, and support customer onboarding and retention.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, or business development, ideally at a small business, agency, or SaaS company
• Strong writing skills, comfortable creating LinkedIn content and outreach messages that sound like a real person, not a corporate template
• Real experience finding and contacting potential clients or leads, cold outreach, warm outreach, or both
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight, this is a small, early stage company, not a big team with layers of direction
• Based in or able to work US hours
• Familiarity with basic marketing and outreach tools, LinkedIn, email, simple scheduling or CRM tools
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

• understanding of SEO, AEO, or how AI tools are changing the way people search for and choose businesses
• experience on Upwork or Fiverr, since some of our own client work happens there too
• Interest in AI products, SEO/AEO, or technology startups; prior experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or growth roles
