Job Summary

Own community outreach by building a Baltimore referral partner pipeline, coordinating partnerships, and turning events into local awareness and leads for behavioral health services.

Growth/Outreach: Build and manage partnerships with clinics, schools, faith groups, and community orgs to drive referrals.
Execution&Oversight: Schedule meetings, coordinate event appearances, and capture leads with compliant documentation.
Content & Local Presence: Localize materials and create social content to boost awareness and attendance at health fairs and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Research and build a referral partner pipeline across the Baltimore metropolitan area (primary care offices, schools, faith communities, community organizations)
Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate introduction meetings between K&I leadership and identified community partners
Responsibilities: Distribute K&I marketing materials to referral sources throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area
Responsibilities: Represent K&I at community health fairs and outreach events under direct supervision
Responsibilities: Document all outreach activity in K&I tracking systems for compliance reporting
Responsibilities: Create and localize community-facing materials (flyers, brochures, event signage) using K&I brand templates
Responsibilities: Develop the Baltimore metropolitan area-relevant content for K&I social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) from a pre-approved content calendar
Responsibilities: Photograph approved K&I community events for marketing use (with appropriate releases)
Responsibilities: Maintain physical marketing material inventory and coordinate reorders
Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for health fairs and community events (venue confirmation, materials transport, registration tables)
Responsibilities: Handle post-event documentation, lead capture, and follow-up tracking
Responsibilities: Support internal K&I events including staff meetings, training sessions, and recognition events
Responsibilities: Submit weekly written outreach activity reports to your supervisor
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of community contacts, event documentation, and distribution logs
Responsibilities: Track hours and submit timesheets via BambooHR

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Requirements: Comfortable representing an organization professionally in community settings
Requirements: Valid Maryland driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
Requirements: Ability to lift and transport marketing materials up to 30 lbs
Requirements: Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Requirements: Authorized to work in the United States (I-9 / E-Verify)

Preferred: Familiarity with the Baltimore community and local organizations
Preferred: Prior experience in marketing, community outreach, healthcare, social services, or nonprofits
Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not required)
Preferred: Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
Preferred: Experience with CRM or social media scheduling tools

Therapy services may be rendered in a variety of settings, including the client's residence, school, and/or job site, in addition to a more traditional office location.
