Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze leasing dashboard weekly and provide feedback for missed opportunities
- Compile and analyze weekly occupancy and traffic reports and provide recommendations
- Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
- Develop content for consistent messaging
- Monitor online reputation weekly- draft and post responses to reviews as needed
- Update website content as recommended (hours, pictures, pricing)
- Assist in completing and auditing various reports
- Complete on-site corporate file audits
- Source and purchase branded marketing materials for properties
- Conduct multi-level training for property staff both on-site and remote
