Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings and product data across our e-commerce platform - accuracy, updates, pricing, and merchandising support.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns end-to-end: timelines, assets, launch checklists, and follow-through.h
  • Own recurring reporting: pull, organize, and present performance data (sales, campaigns, website, promotions)
  • Audit marketing assets, listings, and processes for accuracy and consistency
  • Manage marketing resources and internal requests - keep projects on schedule.
  • Support planning cycles: promotions calendar, seasonal campaigns, product launches
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks that keep the marketing department running
  • Support customer relations, reviews, and claims.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, e-commerce, business operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role
  • Well-rounded in business operations with a solid grasp of marketing principles - you understand both the "what" and the "why"
  • Comfortable with data: confident in Excel/Google Sheets, able to clean, organize, and interpret numbers
  • Hyper-organized and deadline-driven - you track many moving pieces without being reminded
  • A strong multitasker who prioritizes well in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-obsessed: you catch the pricing error, the broken link, the missing image
  • A proactive communicator who flags problems early and proposes solutions

Preferred

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento a plus), Google Analytics, or email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta) — you won't run campaigns, but you'll support them.
  • Experience working with product catalogs or inventory data
