Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing the firm’s marketing activities across multiple offices and practice areas.
This person will work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, intake, outside vendors, and administrative staff to improve brand visibility, review generation, local SEO, social media presence, AI platforms, website content, and marketing follow-through.
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and highly analytical Marketing Operations Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and position our firm as the clear market leader across search engines, AI platforms, and online client acquisition.
The ideal candidate is organized, polished, detail-oriented, comfortable with legal/professional services marketing, and able to turn attorney knowledge into clear, client-friendly content.
