Job Summary

Own frontline patient flow and admin operations while enabling marketing content workstreams; focus on high touch communications, appointment management, and data hygiene, with a side cadence on social and newsletters.

  • Patient Operations: Manage intake, scheduling, EHR updates, and invoicing to keep records clean and workflows smooth.
  • Content & Social Mint: Create social graphics/captions and schedule content; proofread newsletters to support monthly comms.
  • Data & PM: Track data, manage projects, and maintain software setups to ensure accurate records and timely communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient communications in a timely manner
  • Follow up with patients
  • Make appointments
  • Send new patient intake questionnaires
  • Patient invoicing
  • Update memberships
  • Set up new patients in EHR + keep existing records up-to-date
  • Create social media graphics based on provided content
  • Create social media captions based on provided content
  • Schedule social media content

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Employee Health Records (EHR) (Charm)
  • Familiarity with Productivity Suite (Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with Social media schedulers
  • Familiarity with Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Mailerlite, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Payment processors (Stripe, Square, etc.)
