Job Summary

Own a crisp, hands on office operations function and own the flow of supplies, events, and multi site logistics for a fast growing team.

  • Office & Facilities Ownership: maintain space, vendor coordination, and daily operations.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment: track supplies, samples, merch, and arrange packing and shipping as needed.
  • Event & Travel Ops: support meetings and events, catering, and site coverage across LA and Camarillo.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall office organization, cleanliness, and day-to-day operations
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and restocking (snacks, coffee, etc.)
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming packages, shipments, and deliveries
  • Pack and ship outgoing packages, event materials, and orders as needed
  • Organize and maintain storage areas, including inventory of samples and merchandise
  • Track and manage inventory levels for office supplies, samples, and merch
  • Support company events with setup, breakdown, and on-site assistance as needed
  • Assist with ordering meals and coordinating catering for meetings or events
  • Coordinate office vendors including cleaning services, maintenance, and facility needs
  • Help maintain a welcoming, functional office environment for team members and guests

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 1-2 years of office, administrative, coordinator, or similar experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks including organizing storage, event setup, and moving boxes
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move boxes up to 25–50 lbs using dollies or other equipment
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
