Responsibilities

• Assist with office administration, scheduling, and client follow-up
• Manage social media engagement and online communication
• Prepare marketing materials and event supplies
• Represent our brands at vendor events and community functions
• Capture leads and help grow our client base
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online

Requirements

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated
• Is comfortable speaking with new people and networking
• Has basic social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Can lift 30–40 lbs. for event setup
• Has reliable transportation and is available for some evenings and weekends
