Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads and brand awareness
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
• Visit job sites to capture photos and videos for marketing use
• Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and promotions
• Support marketing efforts for showroom events and home shows
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Guide clients through product selections (flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.)
• Lead design appointments and help move clients toward next steps
• Convert leads into clients
• Attend home shows to get leads and tell people about our company

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Marketing experience (preferred)
• Comfortable creating content and using social media platforms
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to engage and build trust
• Interest in construction, design, or home improvement is a plus
