Job Description

Responsibilities

Run Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and content.
Track Results: Measure campaign performance (conversions, web traffic, ROI) and adjust strategies to improve results.
Manage Content & Brand: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and oversee the content calendar.
Collaborate: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing with business goals.
Budgeting: Help manage the marketing budget to ensure funds are spent effectively.

Requirements

5-7+ years of professional experience in a marketing, campaign management, or growth role.
Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience managing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, paid ads, content).

Preferred

Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, social media management, and paid advertising (Google/Meta Ads)
