Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and generate leads across our AI/digital transformation/IT services verticals
• Build and maintain Fulcrum's brand presence and network within the New York market
• Establish and grow connections with relevant industry associations to raise Fulcrum's profile among prospective clients and partners
• Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader
• Partner closely with sales and account teams on cross-selling and upselling initiatives within existing client accounts
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support their efforts
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, industry events, and engagements that promote the brand and generate qualified leads
• Oversee content management and lead generation programs end-to-end
• Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, and analyze campaign performance
• Manage and mentor a team of 6-7 people responsible for Events, Messaging, and Lead Generation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation
• Prior experience within the AI, digital transformation, or IT services industry strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing a marketing team (events, messaging, and lead generation functions)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Established network or ability to build one within the NYC market quickly
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
