Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support photography, videography and graphic design efforts, by capturing and editing compelling content that enhances the resort’s visual storytelling across digital and social platforms.
  • Support the marketing team in executing creative campaigns that promote resort experiences, events, dining, golf, spa, and seasonal offerings.
  • Assist with concept development and creative execution that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Update and adapt existing creative materials using established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Resize and format creative assets for use across various digital and print platforms.
  • Maintain and organize the resort’s digital asset library to ensure brand consistency and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and resort departments to bring promotional ideas to life.
  • Create and optimize AI prompts, scripts, and storyboards to boost creative efficiency and enhance output quality.
  • Stay up to date on current events, industry trends, and emerging social media content to contribute fresh, on-brand creative ideas for both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Best aligned to students with strengths in graphic design or a related creative field.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred, though a strong willingness to learn these programs is essential.
  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week during standard business hours throughout the summer.
  • Proficiency in social media video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, and other in-app editing platforms preferred.
  • Interest in learning and growing within hospitality marketing, including brand storytelling, promotions, and guest experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual design skills and a professional, team-oriented approach.
  • Hospitality, tourism, or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
