Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Write and proofread content for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing collateral
  • Help maintain CRM platform
  • Qualify incoming leads
  • Attend and contribute to interdepartmental meetings focused on marketing-sales alignment
  • Participate in meetings with external agencies and vendors
  • Engage in both formal and informal training sessions

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms used in a business context (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new software and marketing concepts

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing tools is a plus
  • Graphic design or video production skills are a bonus
