Interns participate in an intern-led project from discovery to final presentation for a nonprofit client. Responsibilities

  • Intern-led project from discovery meeting with the client, to ideation and creation by your team, internal review and feedback from our agency team, and a final presentation to the client
  • Creating content such as blog posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials that align with the nonprofit’s mission and voice
  • Conducting market, audience, and competitor research to support strategic decisions
  • Assisting in updating and managing the nonprofit’s website and digital assets
  • Participating in team brainstorms and contributing creative concepts for campaigns
  • Supporting SEO efforts by identifying keywords and optimizing content accordingly
  • Managing the nonprofit’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with day-to-day scheduling, engagement, and community interaction
  • Helping track campaign metrics and compile insights into simple reports

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, Web Development or a related field
  • Passion for marketing, branding, campaigns, and solving business problems
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
