Responsibilities

• Planning and inviting guests to company events.
• Gift outreach, gift acknowledgment, and coordination.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills and database management – knowledge of Raiser Edge or Greater Giving is a plus, but not necessary
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Must be able to help life and carry auction items (under 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work outside of normally scheduled hours during event preparation and events
• Minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Experience Required: Customer Service/Clerical/Database Entry
• This part-time position will consist of 20-25 hours a week

Preferred

• Graphic design work a plus, but not necessary
