Responsibilities

• Develop creative that reflects brand standards and resonates with pet parents
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to support new product lines
• Build and manage asset libraries, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, and iconography
• Design packaging, labels, die lines, and inserts for pet products
• Ensure packaging clearly communicates product features and benefits
• Prepare production ready files and collaborate with printers and suppliers
• Create digital assets for website, Amazon, CRM campaigns, ads, and social media
• Develop graphics optimized for mobile and responsive environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or 5+ years relevant experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, brand systems, and digital work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Familiarity with packaging production and color management is a plus
• Experience designing for e commerce platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of design for print and digital applications
• Passion for pets and understanding of pet parent behavior is ideal!
• Detail oriented: Strong attention to precision and production accuracy
