Responsibilities

• Primary internal graphic designer creating assets for social, web, print, brochures, newsletters, and facility promotions.
• Streamline internal and external marketing collateral to cut turnaround times for HR recruiting, service lines, and patient education.
• In-source graphic production workflows to maintain brand standards across networks, reducing external agency reliance.
• Manage the organizational library of digital assets, photography, and design templates.
• Lead as the primary photographer and videographer for events, headshots, and storytelling features.
• Execute content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement workflows across official social channels.
• Handle routine website maintenance, updates, and content optimization.
• Coordinate and edit multimedia projects including broadcast scripts, PowerPoint presentations, and digital educational materials.
• Act as the local face of marketing, building relationships with local media, civic groups, and community partners.
• Represent RCHC at community benefit activities and education events, driving local awareness.
