Job Summary
Own end-to-end event and marketing operations, aligning cross-functional teams to drive client events, business development, and marketing campaigns.
- Event Operations: Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, sponsorships, registrations, travel, materials, vendors, and timelines.
- Campaign & Content Coordination: Support marketing campaigns, distribute content, coordinate collateral and branded merchandise, and maintain calendars.
- Data & Collaboration: Maintain CRM data quality and event reporting, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure successful initiatives.
