Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 10–15 annual trade shows and marketing events, managing logistics, vendors, freight, budgets, and event operations.
• Coordinate booth layouts, demonstrations, exhibit assets, and the HIWIN Academy mobile demonstration trailer.
• Lead event setup and teardown activities while ensuring exhibits, equipment, and marketing materials are organized and event-ready.
• Manage inventory, maintenance, and tracking of trade show displays, demonstration equipment, and promotional assets.
• Support event marketing initiatives and maintain a professional, consistent brand presence across all customer-facing events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience coordinating trade shows, events, or exhibit programs within a B2B manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on trade show execution experience, including freight coordination, booth setup/teardown, event logistics, and asset management
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
