Job Summary

Own the hands-on event operations for Steelers marketing, coordinating events from first draft to wrap, while running the Brand Ambassador roster and keeping the department stocked and ready for game days across the calendar year.

  • Responsibilities: Event planning and execution across year-long and game-day activations.
  • Ownership: Brand Ambassador program recruitment, scheduling, and payroll for part-time staff.
  • Operations: Warehouse/inventory management and cross-functional vendor coordination.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing department with event planning and execution including but not limited to, Draft Party, SteelHERS Social, Steelers Training Camp, Run/Walk, Alumni Weekend Dinner, Steelers Style, Hall of Honor Dinner, and any other events throughout the calendar year.
  • Assist Marketing department with planning and execution of activations on Steelers Game Days throughout the 2026 season.
  • Coordinate event details with other internal departments along with external vendors.
  • Assist with management of Steelers Brand Ambassador Program including recruiting, scheduling, and payroll management of part time staff.
  • Manage inventory of department warehouses and storage spaces.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Applicants should be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Applicants are expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays in accordance with the Steelers event calendar.
  • Applicants must have reliable form of transportation.
  • Applicants must be able to lift at least 20 pounds to adequately perform their duties.
