Responsibilities

• Keep relationships with builders, vendors, service providers, customers.
• Responsible for strategy and execution of client solutions.
• Understanding market threats and opportunities, market trends, customer insights and strengths/weaknesses of the competition.
• Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with clients as required and ensuring the "voice of the customer" is reflected in work processes.
• Provide support to visitors and always provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in the daily full-time operation of our Company.
• Assist in promoting and growing our Company.
• Will be responsible for working directly with our Vice-President to promote the Company.

Requirements

• CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND OR PARALEGAL BACKGROUND REQUIRED - ONE OR THE OTHER
• Data entry/Job costing
• Billing experience.
• Quickbooks experience and some type of construction software experience
• Highly detailed
• Dealing with direct customer contact as they come into the office
• PARALEGAL experience a plus
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts & other financial dealings of company & provide weekly reports.
• Payroll thru quickbooks.
