Responsibilities

You\'ll serve as the organization\'s primary liaison to hospitals, strengthening referral partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase admissions and market presence.
If you\'re newer to the market, we\'re looking for someone with the drive and confidence to develop those relationships through consistent hospital outreach.

Requirements

4+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or liaison services
Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Home Health, Hospice, or another post-acute setting
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Self-starter who enjoys networking and spending time in the field
