Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build localized advertising strategies for each deployment
  • Manage approximately $2,000/month in initial paid-media spend
  • Determine targeting, platforms, messaging, and campaign structure
  • Develop creative briefs for local content interns
  • Review and refine intern-created content
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns
  • Track reach, engagement, conversions, and cost per acquisition
  • Shift advertising spend toward the best-performing audiences and markets
  • Provide concise campaign reporting to Reassurance leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years in paid social, growth marketing, or digital advertising
  • Strong Meta Ads Manager experience
  • Experience with geo-targeted campaigns
  • Comfortable directing content creators mobile
  • Strong understanding of campaign analytics and optimization
