Job Description

Drive marketing leadership for Spire Motorsports across digital channels to grow brand visibility, fan engagement, and revenue.

  • Oversee and execute unified digital marketing across social, website, email, and ads for Spire Motorsports.
  • Lead the creation and management of digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Manage the development of compelling content that reflects the brand, promotes our NASCAR teams, and resonates with fans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, fan engagement, and revenue generation
  • Lead the creation and management of digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and digital advertising platforms
  • Manage the development of compelling content that reflects the brand, promotes our NASCAR teams, and resonates with fans
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
  • Oversee and optimize social media presence on platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube
  • Implement strategies to grow social media followers, engagement, and fan interaction
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., web traffic, engagement, ROI) and use data to optimize campaigns and content
  • Partner with sponsorship and partnership teams to create digital initiatives that enhance partner visibility and value
  • Integrate sponsor messaging and branding into all digital content and campaigns
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and content team

Requirements

  • Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and digital advertising
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Passion for motorsports and a solid understanding of the NASCAR landscape
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • High attention to detail with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred

  • Experience in motorsports or broader sports marketing strongly preferred
