Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of designs for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, print materials, and more
• Create and build upon primary design principles (typography, layout, information architecture, and visual hierarchy), while improving existing conventions such as frameworks, design systems, guidelines, and templates
• Articulate and present creative concepts clearly and concisely
• Ensure all creative follows branding guidelines
• Partner and collaborate across creative projects with both internal and external stakeholders
• Support the team with various administrative and organizational tasks as needed
• Assist in research and implementation of AI-related tools

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a design school or holding a bachelor's degree in design
• Pro fi ciency in Figma, Sketch, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite software
• Organizational and project management skills - ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
• Strong design aesthetic in layout, typography, and color usage
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
• Interest and knowledge of the mental health and wellness space

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus
