Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implements strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company.
  • Plans and coordinates the marketing of current and new products.
  • Develop and produce marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to; print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, signage, and company apparel.
  • Develop plans and programs to promote and improve market penetration to meet corporate objectives.
  • Preps for and attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.
  • Assists with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing, promotional materials, and product lines.
  • Develop and create marketing content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Upload content (videos, photos, product descriptions) to website.
  • Perform various other tasks as assigned time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Graphic Design/Marketing or equivalent experience (Relevant work experience may substitute education requirements)
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow independently.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Proficient on Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Proficient on Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
