Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience supporting the design team in the development of visual assets for digital (social media, email, web) and print (flyers, brochures, event materials)
  • Learn how to adapt, resize, and version creative assets while maintaining brand consistency and design standards
  • Collaborate with U.S. and Medellín-based team members to gain exposure to cross-functional and global workflows
  • Assist in preparing and organizing final design files, learning best practices for formatting, accuracy, and brand alignment
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, contributing ideas and incorporating feedback into design iterations
  • Observe and assist with corporate photo and video shoots, gaining exposure to production planning, setup, lighting, and content capture
  • Gain exposure to production workflows, including camera setup, audio coordination, and on-set support
  • Learn how post-production assets are organized and managed within systems such as Frame.io
  • Support project coordination efforts by organizing files, tracking tasks, and gaining exposure to workflow tools such as ClickUp or Asana

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably one that offers internship credit
  • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within a creative environment
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple learning assignments in a collaborative setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback
  • Must be able to meet company onboarding requirements, including background screening, if applicable
  • Willingness to sign a company Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
