Job Summary

Own integrated marketing execution for ticket sales and events across departments, coordinating campaign calendars and creative assets, and turning performance insights into actions that move attendance and revenue.

  • Cross-functional campaign ownership: align calendars and creative asset management with ticketing, partnerships, game operations, and community relations.
  • Asset and brand execution: lead graphics, signage, and promotional materials while ensuring branding consistency and timely delivery.
  • Measurement and CRM: track performance, provide optimization insights, and support email marketing and CRM segmentation to boost engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns promoting ticket sales, theme nights, community initiatives, merchandise, and special events
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal communication for marketing initiatives
  • Support season-long promotional planning and campaign strategy
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with ticket sales, corporate partnerships, game operations, and community relations departments on promotional initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for creative asset requests across departments
  • Coordinate the development of graphics, print materials, signage, and promotional assets
  • Ensure all creative materials align with organizational branding standards
  • Assist with photography coordination and asset management
  • Maintain organized creative archives and project workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sports, entertainment, or related industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule
