Coordinate marketing campaigns and assets for a multi-brand operation, aligning calendars, assets, and local/franchise support.

Campaign Coordination & Marketing Operations - Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands
Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar and campaign playbook to ensure alignment across teams
Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with internal teams, designers, and external partners
Ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and assets are distributed appropriately
Marketing Assets & Platforms - Assist in managing marketing asset libraries, ensuring assets are organized, current, and accessible
Support distribution of approved creative assets to internal teams and external partners
Help maintain and update franchisee-facing marketing resources, templates, and tools
Brand & Creative Support - Support marketing team in campaign execution and creative development
Assist with coordination of creative assets across channels
Help ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0-3 years previous marketing coordination, creative, social media, or similar experience
Basic understanding of marketing metrics and reporting
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, social media, email, content management platforms, etc.)
Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply them in day-to-day work
Exposure to multi-location or franchise environments is a plus
