Job Summary

Own and drive multi-channel marketing initiatives for a professional services firm, coordinating vendors and internal teams, shaping content and branding, planning events and outreach, and using analytics to improve performance across campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and community outreach channels.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing vendors, freelancers, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Manage content creation while maintaining consistency in the firm's branding, messaging, and voice.
  • Organize and coordinate firm-sponsored events, networking opportunities, community outreach initiatives, and industry conferences.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards across all internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing strategies with firm growth initiatives.
  • Assist with website updates, online reputation management, and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or marketing management.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of personal injury law and the South Florida market is highly preferred.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns, coordinating vendors, or managing marketing calendars.
  • Experience planning and promoting corporate events or community outreach initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics tools.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM systems and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
