Responsibilities

• Coordinate copy, creative, links, lists, landing information, and approvals before scheduled publication or launch.
• Maintain campaign calendars, version histories, UTM or tracking details, and records of what actually went live.
• Monitor agreed performance indicators and summarize results without presenting correlation as proven causation.
• Capture feedback, open questions, and lessons that should inform the next campaign or content cycle.
• Turn an approved objective into a clear task plan covering audience, message, channel, asset, owner, and deadline.
• Attention to brand voice, audience, links, approvals, and version control.
• Clear collaboration with content, creative, client, and operational stakeholders.
• In this Marketing Coordinator role, success means campaign work launches with approved assets and accurate details, deadlines remain visible, reporting is traceable, and learnings improve the next execution cycle.
