Responsibilities

• Manage Ritual Rooftop and Madison Maison social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and posting cadence.
• Promote daily food features, drink features, nightlife programming, DJs, events, bottle service, and Day Club activations.
• Capture, organize, and coordinate high-quality photo and video content for food, drinks, service, atmosphere, events, nightlife, and guest experience.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments when appropriate, and identify opportunities to convert interest into reservations, event leads, or VIP bookings.
• Monitor online presence, tagged content, influencer content, reviews, and local competitor activity.
• Ensure menus, printed materials, digital assets, and promotional graphics reflect current offerings and brand standards.
• Create and manage the weekly marketing calendar for food, drinks, nightlife, events, VIP, and Day Club promotions.
• Coordinate with management on daily features, specials, menu changes, private events, holiday promotions, DJs, and nightlife programming.
• Coordinate print materials including menus, inserts, flyers, signage, table tents, and promotional pieces.
• Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, content expectations, posting requirements, and follow-up.
