Job Summary

Own and coordinate marketing support for cross-team projects, keeping briefs tight and assets on brand while filtering requests and timelines for a fast-moving nonprofit environment.

  • Coordinate events, partnerships, collateral, toolkits, and marketing assets across teams.
  • Draft marketing copy, toolkit materials, presentations, and support materials aligned to brand templates.
  • Organize and package materials for internal and external use, while tracking timelines and stakeholder input.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of marketing and communications projects across multiple teams and initiatives
  • Coordinate incoming requests related to events, partnerships, collateral, toolkits, marketing assets, and related needs
  • Develop first drafts of marketing copy, toolkits, presentations, and support materials
  • Adapt and work within existing design templates and brand systems
  • Assist with project coordination, timelines, and communication between stakeholders
  • Help organize and package marketing materials for internal and external use
  • Support miscellaneous marketing and communications needs as priorities shift

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or related roles (internships count!)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfort managing overlapping priorities and requests
  • Experience working within brand templates and lightweight creative systems (i.e., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PPT/Slides/Keynote)
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments

Preferred

  • Lived experience as a peer in recovery
  • Experience supporting nonprofit, community, events, or mission-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with marketing asset coordination and cross-functional project support
  • Content capture and/or social media skills/experience
