Job Summary

Own the front desk experience and growth engine for a patient-centered endodontics practice, turning daily operations into predictable growth through referrals and local outreach.

Front desk and operations: greet patients, schedule, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
Growth marketing: manage social channels, content, and campaigns to drive new patient volume and partner referrals.
Referral and community: nurture referral networks and lead local outreach to expand the patient base.

Job Description

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism to set a positive tone for the visit.
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with a friendly, confident tone.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to optimize daily flow.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments and clearly communicate coverage details.
Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and balances accurately and sensitively.
Maintain and update patient records with accurate data entry and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including faxes, emails, and referrals.
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up calls with professionalism and care.
Prepare end-of-day reports and reconcile daily transactions.
