Responsibilities

• support our marketing operations and provide day-to-day assistance for the CEO.
• coordinating photoshoots
• supporting daily marketing initiatives
• Some travel and multi-day shoots may be required.
• This is a part-time hybrid role based in Gulfport, MS, with flexibility for remote work.

Requirements

• Working towards a degree or having obtained one in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail is a must.
• Comfortable coordinating logistics and managing timelines for creative projects.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for photoshoots and multi-day shoots as needed.
• Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads
• Proficiency with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar).
• Ability to design and produce high-quality social media content to support marketing campaigns
• Experience managing marketing assets and maintaining organized project files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
