Job Summary

Own the marketing ops and revenue-aligned campaigns with 3-5 years in marketing operations, moving MQLs through email, events, and social touchpoints while maintaining CRM data quality.

  • Own email campaigns and reporting to drive MQLs and KPI visibility.
  • Plan and execute events and webinars to feed Revenue with qualified leads and smooth hand-offs.
  • Align with Revenue and VP Marketing to accelerate campaign launches and maintain the marketing calendar.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support marketing email campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and produce relevant reporting and KPIs
  • Organize marketing planning events, including trade conferences and virtual webinars, and maximize lead generation as a source of revenue and for direct hand-off to Revenue Reps
  • Collaborate with our Revenue Department, including internal communications with Revenue management, obtaining Rep feedback, and accelerating launch of marketing campaigns that supports objectives for New Sales and Client Services
  • Assist the VP of Marketing maintain the Marketing calendar (e.g., events, email campaigns, content schedules), proactively communicating upcoming initiatives to the Revenue department
  • Drive social media growth for brand awareness and position the company as an industry leader
  • Conduct QA testing and review of digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, marketing content, email campaigns, workflows, and reporting
  • Participate in any additional marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Help maintain overall data quality within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, working closely with stakeholders in revenue operations
  • Develop and maintain an evolving understanding of company offerings, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends to promote new and existing products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in marketing, business, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing operations, reliable, and strong desire for growth
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, lean corporate setting
  • Ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot), Wordpress, ZoomInfo, Social media platforms, and/or other marketing tools is a plus
  • Use of AI in delivering value from the marketing function both in productivity and content quality
  • Experience with digital marketing and account based marketing
  • Knowledge of different design platforms (e.g., Canva or Shutterstock)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Prior work at a growth technology business in the marketing or revenue operations discipline
