  • Analytics: Collect and summarize event data to inform future plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns as well as preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations;
  • Tracks health fair costs by analyzing and entering expenses (registration, booth cost, supplies, etc.)
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing health fair/events data.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Keeps business stationary materials ready by coordinating requirements with all departments; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Plan and research potential events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts of past health fairs/events.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Sometimes Travel is required.
