Responsibilities

• The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT.
• This position supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with sales-driven marketing activities, and preparing marketing materials and presentations.
• The role involves organizing and promoting events, managing timelines and deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• The Marketing Coordinator will track campaign performance, maintain marketing calendars, and help create clear written content for client communications and outreach.

Requirements

• strong Communication and Writing skills for clear client-facing messaging and internal collaboration.
• Sales and relationship-building skills to support marketing initiatives aligned with business development goals.
• Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize events and manage marketing projects from concept to completion.
• proficiency with common marketing and office software tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
• strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• interest or experience in financial services or wealth management; prior industry experience is beneficial but not required.
