Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and own BSL's marketing strategy from the ground up
Create and manage our social media presence across relevant platforms
Develop traditional marketing touchpoints — trade outreach, local market presence, referral networks
Track what works and cut what does not — this role is metrics-driven, not activity-driven
Bring new ideas to the table regularly; we expect to be surprised

Requirements

A creative thinker who also knows how to measure results
Experience with both social media and traditional marketing channels
Someone who has built or grown a brand, not just maintained one
Self-directed — you will not have a team behind you on day one
Startup experience or mindset is a strong plus
