Job Summary

Own vendor and asset operations that keep branding tight, while driving social and content calendars for launches and events.

  • Vendor and asset orchestration: manage external agencies, sponsorships, and trade show logistics from brief to delivery.
  • Asset production and governance: design or refresh materials, maintain version control, and distribute to dealers, sales, and partners.
  • Social and content ownership: run the calendar, schedule posts, engage audiences, and report performance across platforms.

Job Description

Own vendor and asset operations: govern external partnerships, collateral production, and brand-consistent creative while steering social presence and content calendar for launches and events.

  • Vendor management: primary point of contact for external agencies, trade pubs, and show coordinators.
  • Timeline and deliverable oversight: manage communication across active vendor relationships.
  • New partnerships: identify and evaluate opportunities as needs arise.
  • Sponsorships and event logistics: coordinate placements and participation details.
  • Collaterals inventory: maintain organized print and digital assets.
  • Brand control: oversee versioning to reflect current branding and messaging.
  • Collateral distribution: manage sharing with dealer networks, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Asset updates: flag items for updates or retirement.
  • New marketing materials: design product sheets, brochures, emails, trade show graphics, banners, and decks.
  • Brand consistency: ensure uniform output across all creative assets.
  • Requirements: 2–4 years in marketing coordination or specialist roles with both operations and creative output.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate marketing operations while producing creative work independently.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Experience with social media scheduling/tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills for multi-project timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Portfolio or samples of marketing materials, social content, or design work (required).
  • Preferred: Telecommunications, technology, or B2B experience.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Experience managing or coordinating trade show participation.
  • Basic understanding of print production and vendor management.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
