Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media and Online Presence: Manage company pages and day-to-day organic activity for Arc Home and HomeEQ across current and emerging social, advocacy, business-listing, and review platforms. Maintain accurate profiles, publish approved content, monitor engagement, respond to routine comments, and escalate complaints or sensitive matters to the Executive Vice President, Marketing.
  • Channel Growth and Insights: Identify opportunities to improve and expand the brands' online presence; recommend new channels for approval. Pull and interpret social and website data, identify trends, and collaborate on monthly reporting and recommendations.
  • Trade Show and Sponsorship Execution: Carry out approved event and sponsorship decisions, including registration, attendee coordination, deliverables, deadlines, materials, displays, vendor communication, packing, shipping, tracking, and follow-up. Travel and event attendance are not routinely required.
  • Promotional Operations and Fulfillment: Manage swag inventory, client appreciation gifts, the company online store, discount codes, routine reorders, vendor relationships, packing and shipping. Maintain relationships with promotional-product and shipping providers and resolve routine order, invoice, delivery, and replacement issues.
  • Website Content Administration: Complete approved routine website updates received from authorized Operations and Pricing partners, including document replacement, text and link updates, news items, and basic product information. Test pages and forms, identify broken links or outdated content, maintain version records, and escalate design, structural, or technical needs to the Marketing and Brand Manager.
  • Marketing Request Coordination: Manage and triage the Marketing Requests inbox, acknowledge and catalog requests, obtain missing information, route work to the appropriate team member, track status and deadlines, and independently resolve routine requests using established guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Proofread approved emails, website content, presentations, collateral, social posts, and other marketing materials for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and obvious errors before distribution.
  • Webinar and Training Support: Coordinate the administrative execution of webinars and training sessions, including scheduling, registration, platform setup, recording, uploading materials, and distributing approved follow-up resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Pricing, Compliance, and external vendors to complete approved work accurately and on time while maintaining clear records and communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, English, digital media, business, or a related field is preferred; coursework or a minor in English or writing is a plus. Equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
  • One year of professional experience in marketing, communications, digital media, events, administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong internship experience may be considered for an exceptional recent graduate.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with current social media platforms and online communication is required; prior management of company social accounts is not required.
  • Experience with website content-management systems, event coordination, promotional fulfillment, vendor relationships, or a regulated industry is helpful but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records, and identify the next priority independently.
  • Strong proofreading and copy-editing skills, with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, consistency, and formatting issues.
  • Strong familiarity with current social media platforms, online engagement practices, business listings, and review-management environments.
  • Ability to interpret channel-level performance data, identify meaningful trends, and communicate practical recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and the ability to learn website content-management and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, vendor-management, and customer-service skills, including timely and professional follow-through.
