Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs online, in social media, in person and through traditional advertising.
• Manage the department onboarding of new Loan Officers & Branches by planning and executing marketing onboarding activities, including visual asset preparation, social media setup, and webpage creation.
• Facilitate the marketing department’s audit process by coordinating audit set-up and assisting in the collection of required materials, ensuring all items are complete and ready for review.
• Coordinate the distribution of website leads by assigning inquiries to the appropriate Loan Officers, while tracking and reporting on lead activity to ensure timely follow-up and accurate routing.
• Manage the company intranet by maintaining and updating content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easily accessible to internal teams.
• Create marketing reports to demonstrate our compliance with federal, state and company marketing regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training across marketing team functions/tools and provide support on additional tasks as needed to ensure team efficiency and continuity.
• Serve as a resource to other Departments and Branches as needed.

Requirements

• Compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) requirements is required.
• Employee must complete annual training in BSA/AML/OFAC.

Preferred

• Two or more years of marketing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing preferred but not required
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Premiere, and Photoshop preferred but not required
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
