Responsibilities

• - Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends if it is snowing.
• - Capture photo and video content across job sites year-round.
• - Manage Facebook, Instagram, website content, and company blog.
• - Create seasonal marketing campaigns, landing pages, and email newsletters.
• - Execute SEO initiatives and manage Google Business Profile.
• - Plan and optimize Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
• - Design digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, door hangers, signage, and brochures.
• - Track campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
• - Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
• - Support local community events and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation in snow conditions
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong photography and/or videography skills with an active portfolio.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Excellent writing skills across blogs, ads, emails, and social media.
• Experience with SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Comfortable updating website content using a CMS.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred

• Home services or contractor marketing experience.
• Familiarity with the Truckee/Lake Tahoe community.
• Drone photography/video.
• Basic HTML/CSS.
• CRM or customer segmentation experience.
• Print production knowledge.
