Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Mission: As the MCS, you are the bridge between our leadership, our coaches, and our members. You are responsible for telling the D1 story across all platforms, ensuring our members stay connected internally while driving external growth through strategic promotions and elite social media execution.
  • Social Media Execution: Capture, edit, and schedule high-energy posts and stories across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Internal Communication: Keep our community "in the know" through member emails, in-app notifications, and facility announcements.
  • External Growth: Execute marketing plans for new deals, seasonal promotions, and community events to drive new leads.
  • The 'Bridge' Role: Work directly with coaches to highlight their expertise and with leadership to ensure brand standards are flawlessly met.
  • Member Outreach: Get comfortable on the phone—you’ll be communicating directly with current and potential members to foster relationships and handle inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in social media management and content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to be concise and impactful.
  • Energy: Must be an outgoing, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced athletic environment.
