Responsibilities

• Write and manage email marketing campaigns
• Produce blog content that supports SEO and customer education
• Create content that effectively communicates technical information to customers in a way that is easy to understand
• Write and refine website copy, including product descriptions and landing pages
• Manage and respond to social media comments, messages, and customer interactions
• Engage with customers across platforms in a way that reflects company values and builds trust
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, R&D, Production) to ensure accuracy of messaging
• Maintain consistency in tone, clarity, and brand voice across all written content
• Beyond day-to-day maintenance, this role is expected to identify opportunities for improvement actively as you learn more about our company.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience - At least one year of experience producing written content that informs, builds trust, and supports conversion across email, blog, and web platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and responsiveness

Preferred

• Experience with social media platforms
• Familiarity with SEO writing principles
• Experience managing social media accounts in a business setting
• Basic understanding of automotive or technical products
• An interest in automotive and/or remanufacturing
